I purchased some new shoes from Russel & Bromley and love them so much, I thought I’d show you how to style them! They’re super comfortable and are great for wet weather.. Perfect for the UK!
Take a look at them..
I know I promised you guys a blog post on Saturday but I got REEEEAL busy so I’ll make up for it my lovelies!!!
With the end of the month near, I decided to do a little bit of shopping and picked up some.. Expensive purchases! I went to a flash place so the stuff I got was extortionately priced!
I’m really happy with the things I got! They’re what I’ve been wanting for a while so I’m glad I got them!!
The first thing I had on my agenda was.. RAY BAN’s! Now I’m not a fan of paying anything over £10 for a pair of shades but the cheap ones I get break do easily! With sunglasses I’ve learnt, paying more helps! I went to Westfield in Shepherds Bush and they have a small stall for Sunglasses Hut where we were served by a really helpful guy! He was mega helpful with all the sunglasses that I liked and what looked good! I’d wanted the Wayfarers for a while do decided to get the folding ones cause they’re so cool!
If you’re looking for an inexpensive pair, Urban Outfitters have a sale on their sunglasses and I got this pair similar to the Ray Bans for £10!
We then popped into boots and I forgot how many brands Boots actually have! The Boots stores in my area are small! I picked up the Smashbox Tinted Moisturiser because I loved the coverage amount! My skin has been really good (Alhumdolilah), even though I’ve treated it really bad! I haven’t been putting on face cream or taking off my make up properly! I know.. I’m a fool! But this stuff looks amazing! I got the colour light cause it was a PERFECT match! It looked like my skin!
I then bumped into the Yves Saint Laurent stand and just knew.. I needed a Rouge Volupte lipstick! I’m not the biggest fan of lipsticks but I had tried these a few times, tested them and put them back because of the price! This lipstick is AMAZING! The pigmentation is INCREDIBLE and it’s so moisturising! The only thing I would say is because its so creamy, it gets stuck in the cracks in your lips so ensure you exfoliate your lips before hand!
Next purchase was a whim! I saw a jewellery stand, loved the rings and got one! They’re we’re moderately priced because they had a 20% off sale but I think she should have been cheaper. I loved this trio set! It has 3 bands.. 1 gold, 1 rose gold and 1 silver which I think look beautiful together! The colours are fantastic and the gems in the band go all the way round! They look FANTASTIC! I can’t wait to do a manicure with them!
Then I saw a chocolate stand! Omg.. She had macarons! I HAD to grab them! They looked amazing and I loved the colours so I grabbed a box of 6! I know they’re expensive but I loved one of the caramel truffles she handed over so I hope the macarons match!
I then went to Kurt Geiger and saw so many shoes that I fell in love with! I decided to go against a BEAUTIFUL pair of shiny peep tie eels which had gorgeous studding! I then saw these star bracelets and thought they looked amazing and they looked like a really good size! I often buy jewellery if it looks as though it will fit my abnormally small wrists and fingers!
THIS MONTH! I’ve been loving quite a lot of different things! I’ll show you the range.. From make up to jewellery to food to clothes! LET’S BEGIN!
So this bracelet we bought from Primark (me and mum) I think it looks great on! I even wore it kind of layered up with my jumper and thought it looked FAB!
These shoes are from River Island! They have a medium platform and a lovely quilted pattern! Not the easiest to walk in though because they’re straight and won’t allow your foot to bend! I love the gold detailing and the front of the shoe is a very flattering shape and they look a bit different to your usual ballet flats.
This perfume was from the Body Shop! It’s in the scent Moroccan Rose and I think it smells divine! Definitely a rosy musk Though so avoid if that not your thing! It’s perfect for the transition from Summer to Autumn/fall. Unfortunately it was limited edition but they still sell the body butter! YUM!
This t shirt from Dorothy Perkins is what I’ve lived in! As soon as it been washed.. I’ve worn it again! It’s so comfortable, has a brilliant Aztec pattern and I got it from the sale section of Dorothy Perkins for £9 from £18! Whenever you go to Dorothy Perkins or when shopping online, their online section is amazing! So don’t miss it!
The Urban Decay Naked 2 palette was a new purchase for me! YES! I’m a late bloomer but I’ve just discovered it and I’m in love! The colours are perfect for day and night! I actually got mine on eBay for £20 as a seller had them on quite cheap however it’s usually £32 so quite pricey! It’s so amazing I’ve got the Naked palette from eBay as well for the same price! The colours in the Naked palette are slightly more neutral and brown compared to the second so definitely up my street!
The stay matte powder from Rimmel London is fantastic! I’ve been getting quite oily skin recently so though I’d keep it in my bag and since doing so, can’t live without it! I recently bought the Dior powder too but am waiting until the Rimmel one finishes until I use the Dior! It’s lightweight, easy to use and comes in translucent! Woo!
Some people are frightened to death of it but curling your eye lashe is one of the most fundamental parts of doing your make up! It opens the eyes, makes them look more feminine and is a great step before applying mascara to get maximum results! I’ve got quite Kim lashes but their limo and need curl so I curl my lashes effort and after applying mascara (once its dry) and this helps to ensure my lashes are ready for the beautiful day ahead! I’ve had my Tweezerman ones since I was 11 (which is 9 years) and they’ve never caused me any problems! I’ve not had to change the rubber once in that whole time!
I’ve been loving Tea recently! I’ve needed to relax and there’s nothing better than a cup of tea to relax! Proper British style! However, to give it a bit of twist, try adding 5/6 cardamom seeds in your tea for a different flavour! Like my mug?
I LOVE CHOCOLATE! Enough said!
If you read my previous posts, you’ll know I have an obsession with SHOES!! I was reading daily mail
When I saw these shoes, I obviously went mad for them! I went straight on the website and was in awe of their class! They do some amazing shoes!
The idea behind it is that you get different staple shoes that you can customise! You can choose your own style, colours and textures with any shoe you choose! This is definitely one for those people who can’t find find a pair of shoes to match their outfit.. The solution.. MAKE YOUR OWN! I’m thinking of making a few staple shoe designs in colours I think are terrible to find! E.g. A sexy black pair, a perfect nude and an all rounder to wear with everything!
They also do worldwide shipping, so there’s need to worry about that! Topped with the fact that they do half sizes too, I’m sold!
The shoes are a bit more pricey.. The oxford heels I have shown cost £210 but if you make your staple designs, you’ll definitely get your wear out of them! I haven’t tried them for comfort just yet as I haven’t purchased a pair but am looking for an occasion where I can create my own pair!
So obviously, I’m Pakistani!! Well it’s not obvious but now, you know I am! I’m a big fan of the new style of clothes that have come in which are long and baggy because they remind I my abaya! An abaya is my shell! So I love that!
This is what I’m wearing today! With a complete OOTD for you too!
Shoes: Boutique in Chiswick, London
Some of you may notice, I don’t go ‘all out’ on Eid! Simply because we’re SOOOO busy and always moving around! So I’d rather be comfortable! Also, Eid is always around my uncles house so we’re at home where we wear no shoes and sit on comfortable sofas! No need for faff!
HELLO GORGEOUS PEOPLE!
So I tweeted my love of some new shoes I wanted to get from Topshop that I saw @persianbpape (twitter) mention! I fell in love with them because they are so different! So thought I’d tell you some of my favourite shops and websites to shop from and what I’m loving there right now!
These shoes are definitely like marmite! I love them! I’m looking for work shoes at the moment and general black flats that I can wear! I need to let my feet breathe though, because I’m on my feet for 8 hours of the day (thank you retail), and because of this, my feet get swollen and really hot sometimes! These look perfect! They aren’t too expensive either and look lovely!
I’m loving these boots from Dorothy Perkins! I love the golden heel and I’m a big fan of suede! They deliver internationally too which is a bonus! I like the black because it’ll go with everything but the small pop of gold gives it a nice edge.
These heels are :O! Need I say more! Colours, style, everything! DP are having 20% off sale at the moment on their shoes too which ends tomorrow so hurry up and grab them!
The home of everything! I stopped buying designer things from their stores when eBay came about! I’ve been hearing a lot of hype about Bioderma makeup remover so when I found a seller who had it for a fantastic price, I had to pick it up! I’m waiting for it to arrive but hopefully I’ll love it!
There’s hundreds more that I could tell you but I want to do a products of the month review at some point this week!
Also massive blog post about Eid coming up too!!

I live tweeting.. Just call me a bird!
Let the obsession begin!!!
I’ve been absolutely loving Rose Gold since the start of the year where I found tonnes of Jewellery shops in Dubai full of it!
It’s the perfect colour to wear with anything and it’s like another version of silver for me! It hasn’t yet reached the UK high street with a bang but I’m sure it will as there is plenty of demand for it! If you find gold too garish and silver clashes, then rose gold is definitely the one for you!
I found these rings from an eBay seller “own_theparty” and they have a lot of variety! I find them to be the perfect cocktail rings! And they were really cheap as well.. Ranging from £1.99- £3.99!
These shoes were from Marks and Spencer for £25! They’re comfy and flattering flats which will look good with any outfit! I like the detail on the back and the chain across the back of it is a nice edgy touch!
The watch was from Asos and originally £40! But not for me!! I found a random eBay seller a while back selling this for £15 so I grabbed it whilst I could! It’s the perfect oversized size and I like round clock faces too so this was perfect! Keep an eye out on eBay for it cause I’ve seen a few sellers with it! If you have more of a budget.. Kenneth Cole and Michael Kors do really nice watches too!
The end of the month is nigh and I thought I’d tell you guys my favourite things!
It’s been a gorgeous month! Weather has been mostly sunny and beautiful and I’m loving it! The month of Ramadhan has also been SUPER! I’ve been thoroughly enjoying it and to know more than a week has gone is quite sad but onwards and upwards!
I’m quite good at constantly changing my make up, clothes and routine but these are the things that have remained consistent this month:
Hope you all had a fantastic month and are enjoying your Ramadhan this year! Make sure you all take advantage of this year cause it may be your last and ensure you not only pray to Allah, but obey your parents and look after them too!
Remember.. Your parents are your gods on Earth!
